The drive in to town takes about 3 minutes and walking about 20-25 minutes. Opposite the cottage is an entrance to the Lade Braes, a lovely woodland walk in to town by the Kinness Burn. There is plenty of off street parking for guests' cars. Taxis in to town cost £4-£5. The 99 and 99A bus stop beside the cottage and take you in to town or on to Dundee via the bus station.
